One has to think one of our QBs will be transferring once this kid signs his LOI.
Assuming EG comes back, a battle next year between EG and MZ, I'd bet DK hits the road. I hope not, but I can't see that much talent staying.

With 3 back to back high level/High ceiling QBs, a transfer is very possible IMO. But it's a survival of the fittest scenario so I wont really care if we lose the one who would end up moving.

Well he honestly may be the highest transfer risk since he could play immediately and may not have his job next year. He has one year of eligibility remaining and can transfer without penalty. That seems to make him a risk to me.

I suppose, if Zaire clearly unseats him in Spring ball. Seems unlikely though. And to be a fifth-year grad school transfer, he'll have to have to graduate by May. With the semester in exile, will he have done that? (I know he was an EE, so maybe. But still...)

I might be wrong but I think academically he is on target to graduate on time.

He enrolled early and had the summer as well. He was basically two semesters ahead of those coming in in August. As I said I might be wrong but that was my recollection.

ORLANDO, Fla. — The third day of practice at the Under Armour All-America Game took place Tuesday and Notre Dame quarterback commit Brandon Wimbush had his best practice yet.

After finishing second for top quarterback honors in the first two days of practice for Team Armour, the 6-2, 205-pound signal-caller took home honor of best quarterback from day three. He beat out Jacksonville (Fla.) First Coast three-star Florida State commit De'Andre Johnson and Allen (Texas) five-star quarterback and Texas A&M commit Kyler Murray, who finished second and third respectively.

A high school coach that was working with players this week said Brandon is a special talent. Out of all the players there he has probably the best attitude of the bunch. Very positive player. Great attributes on the field and the classroom.
