He literally said he's looking forward to being at ND 42 minutes before this tweet. Relax.

If you followed the Elijah Hood debacle, positive tweets were irrelevant. Was the most positive, pro-ND tweets ever. Like he was being super pro-ND and hoping people would reinforce his feelings. Then boom, $$$ decommit.

Elijah isnt the only one. the louder a commit is the more it says to me he is trying to convince himself.

I get an bad feeling about this comment + McElwain possibly bringing Florida back into the picture late. I really wanted Coney so I hope he sticks!

Te'Von, Run down I-95 and ask any Dolphin player how he handles division games in Boston, Buffalo and NY. It's what the big boys do. Get acclimated to the weather you will make your millions in. Further advantage of ND over southern schools... they offer you an authentic workplace environment as part of your scholarship package. The Florida schools just can't compete with that.

Speaking of the weather, look at the bright side, it's a lot nicer when it counts... football season. It must suck to have to practice everyday in 90+/90% in preseason and early season games down in Florida. Half your practices are done in pouring rain and even without a weather system, it rains everyday at 3:52pm. Haven't you tortured yourself enough already with that awful weather?

Look at the cold weather in the off season as a plus. Stay inside, put your work in and get that 40 year membership into the REAL Cash Money club.

I have made this point before. Who the hell wants to have two-a-days in 98-degree weather with 100% humidity? I get that people don't like the cold weather ... buy a warm coat, man. There is no escaping the heat.

No kidding, Way easier to warm up than it is to cool down.

OK... Shizzle just got real. He probably was in line for a #39 in Gainesville.

I can see Coney being a major factor for our defense next year. Glad he's an EE.

Doesn't NFL have a commercial about being cold in the playoffs running right now?

I don't think this is going to be one of those last minute flips that some of you do.

I hope not however I do remember this and I'm generally the positive person at this party:

#NotreDame LB commit Alex Anzalone ~ "I will be wearing No. 24. There will never be another Manti..."

Just saw Scout has him listed as a soft verbal. Is this new or has he always been a soft verbal on their site?

Any time a committed prospect takes an OV to a different school, they get changed to "soft verbal"

I wasn't worried about Miami. Him supposedly filing his enrollment papers at UF makes me wonder. Is he hoping to fall in love with the new HC and stay home or is this just a backup plan?

I think Anzalone's recruit was a little different, but I hear ya.
