Or how about the part where Northwestern put up 43 points...that's my biggest issue above all.
A terrible offensive team. TERRIBLE!

If we don't have a top 5 team next year we aren't going to have one under Kelly's tenure at Head Coach
Golson's not good enough to beat great teams with his turnovers.
The Florida State game was less than a month ago...
For a great 2015 season, Notre Dame needs depth on the DL and LB more than anything. As crazy as Golson's turnovers have been (and he needs to improve no doubt), he's only responsible for the Arizona State loss. The defense has fundamental problems that are more glaring in my opinion.

Overreact much people? Jeebus. Kelly made some poor calls in the 4th, but let's not forget that players failed to execute. How many turnovers did ND have today? You can't blame the coach for that.
But yes, Kelly made crucial mistakes. Kelly inexplicably went for 2 points. Running it with your supposedly most reliable RB made sense too. Sure, you could almost run out the clock, but might as well run it and try to get a first down.
And the defense. It's thin. Several players are beat up. Couple that with the season suspensions, and you have a defense that starts to get burned far more often than it used to.
The whole day felt flukey. The whole team seemed a bit off. Lots of little things add up. NW just outplayed ND. You could tell who was going to win the game looking at the sidelines as the game went into overtime.
Yeah, and Notre Dame simply isn't at the point where they reload every season. It's been a every-other-year sorta deal. 2010 was building for 2011. 2012 was building for 2013. 2014 is building for 2015.
That's just how it's going to be.
I don't feel that way at all. I get that Diaco's recruiting left ND horribly thin at DL and LB and they're paying for it right now though.

And safety. Safeties are unreal levels of bad. Not even MAC level right now.
All the youth playing on defense. No way they are top 5 next year. Wish it wasn't true but there is just not something right about this team.

Way to fuck with me ND. You got me excited about that 6-0 start and since then...nothing but shit. Fuck you ND...FUCK YOU.

What you see happening is all these 3 star/low 4 star recruits at safety and defensive end that everyone made excuses for are clearly not cutting it. They aren't players that would start for any top 10 team. And the scary thing is that we don't have any elite recruits coming in at those positions next year.
This post is horribly off topic but whatever.
I'm not saying we should fire him by any stretch. Best coach we've had in a long time. I've just come to the realization he's more Mark Richt (minus the Sugar Bowl wins) and way less Nick Saban/Urban Meyer.Yes, BK prob cost us the game, but the "fire BK" sh!t needs to stop. NOW!
I swear he's trolling us today. Why are we throwing every play up 11 with 6 minutes left....
After scoring to go up 40-29, ND's next 2 drives: 8 passes, 6 runs.
