Yeah never heard of El Pollo loco.
But, I do love me some bojangles...should be higher on the list IMO.

Depends on location. A Moe's burrito here is over $10 versus $7 and change for Chipotle. Also, if price were to play a factor here, Chipotle would drop WAY down... maybe the worst 'bang for your buck' fast food joint out there.
Few things:
Del Taco well ahead of Taco bell is truth, but rightfully neither are ahead of more authentic spots.
InNOut boys and girls..., that's right.
Nothing against Chick-fil-A... I like that place, but the best chicken spot is El Pollo Loco for days... their chicken is the truth, also thought KFC got hated on a bit, it's not that bad.
Arby's better than Subway?? Surely not.
and Wendy's is higher than it should be, but I'm satisfied that they are still basically listed in the toilet.
You got me. I just don't care for them, I'd rather have Carl's Jr Junior Cheeseburger on their new fresh baked bun for $1.29 or stop at Smashburger or the Habit and go top shelf.

Those are good burgers, Walter."
I share your affection for Smash Burger, but I don't think it's fair to compare it to In n Out (or Fuddrucker's for that matter). One is fast food, the others isn't.
For my money, Chik-fil-A and In n Out are by far the best fast food joints in AZ.
I agree Whiskey. They aren't in the same price point. On the other hand if under 5 minutes in the drive thru qualifies for fast food, Portillo's is the best fast food in America. Technically it's fast casual in the industry but 5 minutes blurs the line between the two industry segments.
Damn it guys. Take this to the Rumored Violations thread!
Always preferred the surprise inside the kids meals.Los Pollos Hermanos has some killer chicken.
Guess I'm gonna have to try a burger the next time I'm by Tempe Marketplace. I made a point of stopping by Portillo's to get a hot dog, but it didn't blow me away.
There's a hot dog joint called Gold Coast Dogs in Chicago-Midway that I'd hit every time I flew home from ND which was amazing. Portillo's is close, just not the same level of glorious tube steak I was expecting.
Haha, In N Out is to 'bland' as Salma Hayek is to ugly... Crusader is trollin or he got dropped on his tastes buds as a child.
Not trollin, just not a cheap fast food fan. All that stuff is the same to me. Tasteless garbage. I understand you California guys like your In N Out. Good for you guys but next time you are in Buena Park, stop in to Portillo's and have real hamburger.
I do have one question for you. Forgetting price, does In N Out taste better than The Habit or Smashburger?
Yes, easily.
In n Out is an awesome burger. But it's only a fast food burger.
So many people get that mixed up. They go into In n Out thinking they're going to get the best burger on the planet. They won't. They'll get an incredibly good burger, for a decent price, fast.
Get it animal style double double.
Then go to Portland, Oregon and hit up Slow Bar. Get whatever seasonal burger they have with a drink of whiskey. Enjoy.
I'm so not sure if that's a period of agreement or disdain.
I'm gonna go with the former.
Agreement, I've said before, it's the best fast food burger out there, but it's still just fast food, ...
I've always wondered how one eats these 'huge tower' burgers... And back to the hat... I'm definately with the crowd that it's totally overrated.
