Good to hear they are on this already.
The temps aren't the problem in AZ, it's the low humidity. Most models are predicting 84-86 degrees for the high which won't occur until games end, kick-off should be 79-80. The relative humidity however has been lowered to 16%. That is tough on a body not acclimated to it, especially one coming from a cool, damp climate like South Bend is now with it's 60-70% RH.
I hope ND can spring for humidifiers in every hotel room. I lose a half gallon of water (4lbs) every night just through breathing. Even after 15 years, there are mornings I wake up with a dehydration headache when I don't run the humidifier.
If they don't, hopefully they use the old business traveler tricks of the rolled up newspaper in a trash can full of water, sitting a top the AC housing and/or hanging damp towels up on the curtain rod above the AC/heater.
If they take the simple steps, the weather won't be anything to worry about as mid 80's is the ideal temp in AZ.
