I will say this, the Jalen Hurd kid from TN that plays for UT this year played against weak competition too and he is playing really well this year at the d-1 level.

Todd Gurley played 1A ball down here, competition can mean a lot or nothing at all

It's all about physical talent. Good coaches know how to evaluate this.

They are getting stomped without him. Offense is going nowhere. He's walking around though.

No. Josh's team got crushed 55-7. He played 1.5 drives I believe.

@MacyGolder
Before his injury, Josh Adams has 76 receiving yards on 2 receptions and 5yds on 5 carries. Status is still unknown. @SOLsports

He also had the TD

Safe to say, Josh was the team?

Not a serious injury, his foot/ankle was stepped on and the team wanted to play it safe so he's ready for playoffs according to ISD.

399 yards on 4 carries. 4 TDs so far. Fixed the scoreboard after it short circuited. Helped an old lady across the street.

They got crushed. Josh wasn't healthy. Noted that he was limited, looked banged up. Didn't even play some drives. Their defense couldn't stop the other team running the ball either way though.

Not surprising, but he looks so long.

You don't see many 6'3" 205 pound runningbacks. He is currently built like a high caliber receiver (and looks like he could be one too).

I guess we won't see how this one shakes out until he is on campus.

He looks much better in these highlights. I was bit underwhelmed early on but he looks like he could play at least a couple positions for us.

Very athletic. Honestly, I see a lesser Soso Jamabo in his highlights. Both have this upright, long striding running style, and make some very acrobatic cuts.

Of course the level of competition is different, but their styles are very similar.

Lol "lesser Soso Jamabo", fire away.

Maybe we end up with another Eric Dickerson!

According to TJ he's a RB for us all the way.

I agree I was thinking the same thing. If he can do those things carrying a bit more weight he could be something special. I typically wait to get excited about kids but this guy makes it difficult to not be psyched.
