How come ND didn't allow transfers a few years back? Or did they and no one ever transferred to ND? The football program I was speaking for..
i think it had a lot to do w/ credits transferring in and being behind w/ them having the players graduate on time or faster
Per ISD intel, his bags are packed for ND. He sent his contact letter to one school, ND. Ball is in our court here with admissions and red tape. Per ISD.

If a Cali kid is wanting to leave UCLA to head over a thousand miles East for school, then the only explanation is that he is really, really unhappy with UCLA over something. Right?
It's not like he was going to be buried on their depth chart.

Kylie Fitts @K_Fitts93
In response of me leaving UCLA, I wanna let everyone know it's for personal reasons and nothing to do with depth or playing time issues...
4:01 AM - 5 Aug 2014
I'm assuming that if this works out (and quick enough), he enrolls this year (sits it out), and then is eligible to play next year. Correct?
I wonder what "personal issues" would cause a Cali kid to leave UCLA and go to ND. So confused, so happy. WHY?!!?
EDIT: ISD Intel suggests that religion is a major part of his life. Could have something to do with it.
Fresno Bee reporter Robert Kuwada wrote that UCLA has granted Fresno State permission to contact Fitts. However, Kuwada also wrote that it's unknown just how many schools have received that permission to contact the former UCLA defensive lineman. According to 247sports.com, sources also indicate that Oregon has interest in Fitts.
If Fitts transfers to Oregon, Fresno State or SDSU, he would have to sit out 2014 and then would have three years of eligibility remaining. If he were to transfer to Montana State, an FCS school, he could play immediately
So it doesn't seem that ND was the only one
