It should be noted that's the fake Charlie Strong Twitter, similar to the Faux Pelini. That doesn't mean it isn't awesome though! He posts some good shit.

On a serious note, Strong has been bringing a whole new attitude to Texas since he came on board. Based on reports he's weeding out the players that don't love football and he's looking to shape a real toughness to the team. I got to meet Charlie when he was the DL coach at ND...the guy is the real deal, very motivational. People look to 2015 as our year because the 2014 schedule is nuts...however we've got to open up with Texas in 2015 and I think it's going to be a hell of a game. The rest of that 2015 schedule is still difficult too. I expect USC will be very tough by then, Pitt is always a fight, theres Clemson, and theres still Stanford.

Damn, gotta hand it to Strong, he does mean business. I commend him for sticking to his values and the no nonsense approach to discipline. No idea what these two new kids did, but many big time programs give kids 1-2 game suspensions for violations of team rules.

Just checking the Texas boards, it looks like Strong sprang a surprise drug test on the players a week or two ago. Looks like weed was involved with these two. They were suspended at that time and then purged yesterday.
