edited above. I missed the last page.

Yeah, that last page looks awful! Lol.

Before someone goes 'Kuehnja, you're such a hypocrite. You said CBs don't matter. Rabble, rabble, rabble! I don't think early CBs matter because people just throw something down in case they end up being right.

But when the decision date is approaching and the CBs all start going one way, that's a pretty good sign IMO.

Visiting osu again this weekend, supposed to stay with Raekwon McMillan but McMillan is going home. Bill will check to see if visit is still on.

hope we're not getting out worked for this one by urban and his gang

If we're getting outworked, it's not because Kelly and friends are sitting on their asses, it's because Urban is going balls to the wall on this one. That said, we simply CANNOT allow ourselves to get outhustled on this recruitment. He could be the key stone to the defensive side of the '15 class.

Agreed. But let's not pretend that a decision between:

- your home state's university with a mega-school atmosphere created by 44,000+ undergraduates in a college city

and

- an elite catholic university with 8,400 undergraduates on an intimate campus

is apples to apples.

The goal is to make sure that JH: (1) knows he is watned, (2) knows what ND has to offer and that he is a great fit, and (3) has the relationships that will make the decision comfortable.

After that its up to him.

Well stated. BK knows how important he is to this class. They will continue to point out that ND has wanted him all along and why didn't OSU come after him this hard any earlier if they really wanted him?

Fair points. Personally, I would feel a lot better if Hilliard can make it for Irish Invasion. There is going to be A TON of positive energy that weekend, would be invaluable for him to witness it first hand.

At this pace, he's going to spend all of his allowance visiting the Buckeyes and not have the funds for II.

FWIW, in a Scout interview last week he said he is planning to visit all of his top 5 schools 1 more time (with his mom, she has not seen all the schools) and then he hopes to decide before the season. He will hold off if not 110% sure of the commitment.

IIRC I do no think he has taken any officials yet right? I would have to assume he will take them to his top 5.

Can't take officials until their senior year. So no prospect can take officials yet. He is planning on committing prior to his season and if that were to be the case I doubt he takes officials to all 5. He'll have visited each school and some quite a few times. May not see the need to take all OV's.

Elston and Van Gorder were at St. X today. Not visiting for the II camp but will try to visit another time this summer per Steve Hare.

Whelp. This is trending in a decidedly negative direction.

Some of you need to chill out. Long way to go. This kid has a great support system and he is a mature kid. The lack of drama, and the fact he is doing his due diligence and visiting schools multiple times shows he is looking at every aspect. Whatever decision he does make isnt going to be an impulsive one.

So you're saying that when he picks Ohio State, he'll really mean it? That makes it so much better.

He's probably not visiting this weekend actually because Rakweon isn't gonna be there.

strange that pOSU would have Rakweon host Justin's visit. McMillan doesn't seem like the sharpest of kids whereas Hilliard seems very bright and well spoken..

I wish I could share in your optimism on the matter, but if you don't think OSU leads then either A) ignorance is bliss or B) you know something you're not sharing. I hope for ND's sake, it's B.

Buster man: I respect the hell out of you.

Alma mater being Bucknuts.

But you love you some Irish football. Good man.

Thank you kind sir.

My college roommate and his girlfriend, both now OSU alumni, we're hardcore Michigan fans. So they won the prize for being most hated on campus haha
