From time to time, 2015 Notre Dame offensive line commit Tristen Hoge will be providing Irish Sports Daily with his thoughts as he prepares for the start of his collegiate career. We’ve entitled the Idaho stud’s reports as Irish Spud Notes. You can check out Hoge’s earlier entries here and here.
This week, Hoge previews his upcoming return to South Bend and lets you in on a new family purchase, which is just the latest illustration of the commitment Hoge and his family have to Notre Dame.
Dear Irish Nation,
I have yet another fine opportunity to share the things going on in the past couple of months.
We’ve had a fantastic spring break in Negril, Jamaica. It felt good to have a little time off.
Now a week later, I’m back in the saddle of things.
Workouts are going great and I am on a downhill slope to the summer and NFTC, Notre Dame’s camp, and hopes for an invite to The Opening.
My family and I are headed back to South Bend this weekend for the spring game and we couldn’t be more excited. Upon that, we will be visiting the new house that we have purchased.
School is going great and I’m on the downward slope there as well to the end of the year. Only one more trimester after this and I will be on to becoming Irish.
Thanks again for letting me share these past couple months Irish Nation.
GO IRISH,
Tristen Hoge
