Yes. You stacked them up, face down. You threw the "slammer" (a plastic or metal pog) at the pile, and attempted to bounce them face-up. Any that flipped over, you get to keep. The next person re-stacks the pogs and it's his turn. You could play for keeps and keep your friend's pogs, or just play where whoever has the most at the end wins, but that way was for pussies.

At one point they had giant transforming robots. That was kind of my deal when I was a kid... If it was a robot and it transformed into something different or combined with different robots, I liked it. Transformers, Megazords, etc.

There was a realllllllllly crappy show out around the same time called Beetleborgs I think. It sucked so bad, but they also had transforming robots at one point so I watched it every day.

Even though Aeris's death was ruined for you in VII, it's worth playing through anyway imo. It certainly was one of those "I am your father" Star Wars moments as far as the Final Fantasy franchise goes. It's a great game on it's own though.

Indeed. I actually have a brand new sealed Greatest Hits version that I bought and am holding on to. For V, I bought the iPhone version recently, it's been ok but I don't really like the Job system myself.

As for Pokemon, I only played blue, but the card game... oh my!! I made a mistake when I sold them. Someone got a great deal!

If you have an Android phone, you can download a GB/GBA emulator and download any Pokemon ROM. I did a playthrough of Pokemon Yellow doing this about 7 months ago. Of course, its not technically legal.

I didn't see an Xbox One thread, so I'll put this here...

I've been a loyal PS3 guy for three or four years now. I started off with XBox360, but had three separate consoles all shit out on me in progressively smaller time frames over a two year period. So I made the switch to PS3 and have never regreted it once.

After having both consoles, I felt that PS3 owned Xbox for its free-but-still-great online play and its reliability. I'm on my first PS3, and I've had it longer than I had three Xboxes combined.

I completely planned on getting the PS4 whenever I do decided to upgrade... that is until I watched a video of Titanfall gameplay. That game alone might make me switch back to Microsoft/XBox. It looked awesome and the premise just looks like a blast. Run around with the serious gunplay of CoD games, but also hop around and use "big weapons" like Halo.

I know there are some PS4 threads somewhere, but does anyone have experience with the XBox One?

Can't say anything about the XBone myself, but I wouldn't worry too much about Titanfall not coming to the PS4. Mass Effect was first released by EA on the X-Box and they were saying that it would never come to PS3, but a year later it was released on PS3 anyway. If the game does well, which it should, Respawn Entertainment will most likely release a version on PS4 too. When it comes to big, successful titles created by indie developers you really don't have to worry much about their good games being restricted to one console.

I doubt Microsoft forked over the cash to keep Titanfall an X-Box exclusive, theres probably another reason why it hasn't been released for PS4, or it will get a later release like Mass Effect did. If you think about it...for Microsoft to convince Respawn Entertainment to only release it on X-Box they would have to offset any profits that Respawn Entertainment would have made if they also released it on PS4. That's an awful lot of money, and they would probably have to pay above whatever Respawn Entertainment expected to make on a PS4 release just to sweeten the deal. Theres also the fact that PS4 has been out dueling the XBone when it comes to resolutions and performance across mutli-platform releases. I also saw rumors that someone said "PS4 can't handle Titanfall" which is just funny because Titanfall was also released on XBox 360. I'll bet 1,000,000 Vbucks it'll get released on PS4 sometime in the next year roughly if the game does real well, which it should by the looks of it.

Might be a bit soon to expect an Elder Scrolls game within a year. Maybe a reveal or some early screenshots at E3 next year, yeah, probably not more than that though. Bethesda seems to space out Elder Scrolls games by every 4-6 years, so I would expect the next one to come no sooner than Fall of 2015 or 2016 I would wager.

This. I love the Elder Scrolls games, but they're not nearly as entertaining as the Fallout genre. Fallout has great combat, stories, and a humor that you don't find in the Elder Scrolls universe.

Valve released an interesting movie today on DOTA 2 and the tournament played for a huge cash prize. As a guy who thinks e-sports are an eventuality, I thought it was very well done.
