I didn't see any pass coverage in his film.. Seems pretty quick...going forward.

Random poster on BGI, no idea his merits but it sounds reasonable:
ND is looking to take 3 LBs, 1 ILB, 1 OLB and 1 inside/outside guy

From what I have heard is that the ND staff is concerned about Bilals frame. They see him as an outside guy in both the 3-4 and 4-3. They think he would be a good Will LB in the 4-3 but arent sure he has the frame to add the weight needed to play Dog in the 3-4. They were waiting to see him person before offering.

Barajas is an outside/inside guy who will almost certainly get an offer March 1.

We've offered Leo Lewis, John Houston, Cecil Cherry, Malik Jefferson, Justin Hilliard, Adonis Thomas, Osa Masina and Jeffrey Holland according to 247, those would seem like our LB offers so far to me.

Where does that put Cornell and Hilliard? Cornell is a 3-4 OLB and 4-3 DE tweener, correct? Hilliard is an ILB?

Cornell is starting to look to big for CAT to me, probably could play it but I think he's already 260 right now. I would think Hilliard is definitely an ILB.

I also added an edit above

This Kid is athletic, long and brings the wood. Speed looks good he takes good angles, plays light on his feet and his foot work looks great. Other than lowering his head on tackles I am very Impressed . Anyone else see a Hard hitting 6'3" 220-225 lb Safety here?

For a full time S, I think he's too stiff in the hips and shoulder.

In Prister's in the film room of Cornell he compared him to KLM. Now I didn't put too much stock in that until I saw how big Cornell has gotten. He is still nimble on his feet but he may end being a full time DE.

wouldn't be a bad thing to have cornell as a full time DE...i think we'll be able to recruit solid LB's with BVG at the helm and imo i think Cornell's ceiling is on the D line anyway

I agree. Not sure how much time he has devoted to agility training but in my opinion agility is one of the major attributes that can be greatly improved.

I don't think so. I saw where Penn only gave up 6 total points last year in the regular season or something crazy like that. That would not happen if they played a 6A team from the city. A lot of fun playing everybody's little sister until Regionals finish.

Irish19 is correct. They opened with Valpo last year. Their schedule shows their last game as a 28-13 loss to Carmel. Probably in the playoffs.

CB without an offer? Is there any indication that we are going to offer at this point? It just seems a bit premature IMO.

He tweeted this. Info in that link for subs, I would assume.

That's actually about Dexter Williams. I have no clue why Loy CB'd him to ND, even after reading his post.

This link is for the CB prediction of Dexter Williams which would blow me away if we landed him

Weird. That's his latest CB, from what I see on the site.

Ahh, I see it now. He CB'd Williams to ND late last night, but it's not showing up on Loy's list, only on Williams' page.

I feel like this is the type of speed LB LSU takes, plays light, and is extremely effective.

As mentioned before, he plays in a very tough conference. Very few weeks with a cupcake on the schedule. I guess I could drive over to the west side and ask him how much he wants to be Irish.

Hilliard, Barajas and Osa Masina would be my preferred but Bilal looks like a playmaker. It'll be interesting how this staff evaluates him moving forward.
