T. Alexander is a very good prospect and he has a good shot at starting from day 1 at Nickel CB. That doesn't mean he'll be playing every snap but he'll be on the field a lot, IMO.

Personally, I'd rather have Cage and Alexander. They can both most certainly contribute to this team.

McKenzie had some speed and moves that I think would have helped as a return man.

Won't get a ton of snaps, but the one's he will get will be meaningful.

As talented as I believe Nick Watkins is, I don't think he could play inside against slot receivers.

We came into the game kinda late, so it would make sense, but I honestly just have a good feeling about him and Cage.

Chances are, we get neither, like Hickey suggests, and my reputation crumbles. hahahaha

I don't know about biggest want, but he has seemed to me to be the best combination of "gettable" and "fills a need a quite nicely." Guess I'm off on that.

That, plus it's unclear if MSU has a spot for Cage, with McDowell still to decide and Evans up in the air.

I'm a little more optimistic than Anna. Definitely think we have a good chance of getting Cage, even if we need a little help from MSU.

So essentially they think we lead for Alexander and have an outside shot at Cage?

That's a disapointing finish.
