If I had to guess at a translation, he's saying he's teaching the younger guys how to be "G's" (gangsters). A guru even once he is gone. Saying no to Hollywood. It's just OU and ND.

See, twitter is weird. The #(blue) stuff doesn't continue the sentence, it is kind of an umbrella or 'subject' of the whole sentence. So I don't think what you said is what he's trying to say.

Like if I said: "I'm headed to Oregon, be back soon #Journey"

I'm NOT saying: "I will be back Journey" As in, I have a relative/dog called 'Journey', and I'm letting them know I'll be back soon.

'Journey' is the subject of my tweet.

At least that's the way I read it, lol. In case this is confusing, what I'm saying is 'OU/ND' is actually the 'subject' of his tweet, not the end of a sentence.

I think that's a totally reasonable reading. But the way Kane read it is equally reasonable. Obviously people frequently fit hashtagged terms into the sentence they tweet, grammatically. I can't tell for sure what he meant.

Yeah, you're actually right (which was my initial thought), but looking at it again, although it could go either way, I feel like mine is most likely

Look, fuck it, I admit it. I tweeted at him. I asked him if he could beat me in a 40 meter dash, and he admitted, "Hollywood, never." The OU and ND hash tags were just to tell me who his leaders are.

Last night son! I play pick-up basketball and I'm in a couple of soccer leagues. I USED to be able to hold my own sprinting; Now it's just that, at 39, I've lost a step or 5.

Everyone outside of ND on other sites i read seemed to think it was a UCLA-OU battle, until very recently as ND is being mentioned again. I still see him at OU, but Wiltong is the man so hopefully he's proven right once again.
