Taller, longer. All I was referring to was the way he can stand the blocker up, play off blocks and cut down the line of scrimmage and make the play.

He definitely plays bigger than his weight. I don't see the Day comparison, but I like him attacking the QB from the CAT position.

Watch the way Day arrests the o-linemen by keeping them at arms length, on a run up the middle, and cuts across laterally. Day coming back from his sprain made the Irish defense better against everyone. Can you imagine how bad it would have been against Stanford without Day?

Yeargin did this many times in his video.

What did he say? Or it is just your opinion?

his dad was the one who said he had to check other school's because what if a coaching change happened at ND...he wanted his son to make sure he had options....this was when he went to clemson for a visit

What if Dabo goes to Alabama?

And before someone says it, being the Coach at Clemson is not being the coach at Alabama.... Look at Saban at MSU vs LSU.

Why would Alabama offer Dabo? That's crazy talk right there. He ha shad success at Clemson, but in big games he has completely failed. He is not going to 'Bama.

I like the idea of BK hiring from within as it gives continuity to the recruits. It's not like a totally different character will be coming in to lead the defense. Hopefully that will keep guys like RY on board.

He did beat LSU last year.

And Georgia in the first game of the season. But the man can't beat South Carolina. Over and over and over again.. I think Chad Morris is the man there, the best OC in CF if you ask me.
I think this is more THE HBC than anyone else. Man has some tricks and minutae he saves for just that game. Very subtle stuff that is really a head game more than anything else.

Also Clemson has a major history of "Clemson-ing" (ie losing when they should not or in games where the pressure is high. That is systemic, not on Chad Morris).

I agree he is one of my favorite OCs out there. Good guy and came up from high school ranks. I love their offense.

Not saying Dabo would replace Saban but he did play and coach at Bama. Great recruiter as well.

90% of coaching searches start with the biggest names in the sport, and end with coaches who make more sense. Dabo will not be Alabama's first choice, but he has serious connections to the school and is a very good coach.

The Ol' Ball coach has Dabo's number, but as stated above, he has won the majority of games he has played against SEC teams lately (LSU, Georgia, Auburn).

Nick Saban lost to his arch-rival LSU in 2010 and 2011 with awesome teams. I remember the same talk down here about Miles having his number and Saban having an issue in big games. The reason coaches have an issue in big games is because they are playing the best teams. I wonder what Dabo would do this year with a second chance?

Yeargin on Diaco:

"This is nothing personal. It's just business. It's a good move for him and his family."

"I'm still 100% solid. I'm interested to see who they hire, but I'm not going anywhere."

This guy is a beast. Not quite sure why they would include a play where he gets flagged for hitting the QB late. Two others could have been called as well. Still love the pickup!
