On hold...
82) Tuitt/best available: _______________

Remaining
83) DT/best available: _______________(Elam, other?)
84) ILB/best available: ______________ (Morgan)
83) Best available: ________________ (Smith, Hendrix, Luatua,Quick)

Tuitt will be a big loss whenever he does go, this year or after next season. But with all the young talent we already have and all we are getting in this current 14' class, plus only losing George Atkinson, Cam McDaniel, Ben Koyak, Troy Niklas, Josh Atkinson, and Kyle Brindza to graduation after next season makes me even more pumped for 2015'! (Of course there is the three possible 5th years this year as well in Utupo, Collinsworth and Moore)

Luatua, Morgan, quick, hendrix or longshot with juju . Then all bets are off with Elam and elite rb or take Nelson

If we fall short of 85 ...Moore would then be a take due to S.T.

Lombard if we there is a medical

And if we have more transfers ( I think so) we could add a few more 5th like collinsworth or take some late name recruits that see the light.

You think Moore is more likely to get a 5th year than Lombard?

We're talking about the OL with the most experience on the team here though versus a guy with a couple big hits in garbage time / ST

I agree that makes sense but is staring in the past. I think the youth movement is ready to be seen and hanging on to the blankie is no longer needed.

The blankie? Lombard's a pretty good veteran offensive lineman and we'll need one. I agree we've got good young depth but it seems foolish to cast him aside to play guys with no experience.
Either way, I suspect they'll both be on the team next year, with Collinsworth third among 5Ys.

I really think for depth purposes Utupo has to be brought back. Just look at what the dline looked like an the end of this year. No more Nix, Kona, Stockton and possibly Tuitt

BK was on the College Football Playbook on XM91 with Jack Arute today. Said two things that I found interesting as it pertains to this year's class.

He responded to Arute's question in regards to this years class stating that we are currently at 20 of 24.

If BK is counting 20 then that means he's counting Isaiah McKenzie.

Unless he's trying to mislead someone for some reason. At this point the target for this class is 24.

I think he's counting Luatua, myself.

Good call Emcee. It looks like you were right on assuming Luatua did commit on Denbrocks in home on 12/3 which is what they reported today.

That does not prove him right in that regard because you could also say he was counting Hill or Sykes. I am not trying to discredit him, but the only reason he would say that is if he is counting the currently committed guys, which would have had to include McKenzie.

Its been reported (today in fact) that Luatua committed to Denbrock on December 3, 2013. This is pretty well established now as fact.

Well, thanks, but I have to admit it was pretty obvious based on what Wiltfong and Loy were saying, if you read between the lines. I know STLDomer and Luckylucci and a bunch of other BGI subscribers also believed Luatua was a silent.

I thought he was out of eligibility???

That'd be great if he came back.
