The play around the 1:15 mark. Poor kid at the goal line. A for effort F for getting knocked the Fvck Out.

Those highlights should silence any doubters - in fact they should sway them pursuasivly to really want Drue to be Irish.

The NHC def. isn't that talent rich. There are always quality football players, D3, NAIA, etc. but rarely a big time D1 athlete.

Only one highlight against the ol' school! Carroll laid an egg that game and have been on a roll ever since.

Agree. You can tell this kid has absolutely great field awareness on both sides of the ball. He also appears to have a great first step when coming out of a cut on O and D.

I like where this is trending.

It is good to see 1 of the 2 teams to beat Carrol this year is my Alma Mater. This year was our 1st conference championship ever. I didn't see any Bulldog game highlights.

I'm not a doubter or avid supporter, but those highlights don't mean much to me. His competition looks absolutely pathetic.

Same competition that Jaylon Smith played in

Yeah, and Jaylon looked like a freak against that competition. He just punks people. Drue looks good against that competition, Jaylon looks like an alien predator from a planet in the galaxy of gridiron.

I hope Drue ends up ND because he's versatile, but I also wasn't blown away by his video.

Ok, folks......went to the game tonight, and was awfully impressed......by his little brother!!!!!! Don't get me wrong, Drue played well, but his little brother is by far the much more impressive athlete.......better runner, better hands, much more fluid in his movements, and its somewhat hard to judge Drue for the next level........he played Safety on D, and when he was in on Offense, they ran the Wildcat with him, so it was easy for the D to key on his running the ball......Druebis definitely the stronger of the two, and is considerably taller......maybe 4" from what I could see from the sideline, but we'd be lucky to have either one of them!!!

Did he visit Purdue again this weekend? It's not really a rush but, would like to see him flip sooner rather than later if he is going to do so.

I just hope he knows what he wants to do. If I have to continue to hear "I wouldn't be suprised if a decision came soon" I am going to stop caring about this kid until he sets foot on campus for class.

I respect the way he's going about the process. A lot of other kids would have flipped 2 or 3 times already. He's doing his homework and visiting both places multiple times to make the right decision for him.

Not bashing the kid at all. I actually love his approach. It's just that recurring phrase that is driving me nuts :frenchy:

There have been a few reports of a decision coming soon, but they never come.

He is visiting Purdue this week and most expect him to make a decision after the game. I personally think (no inside information) that he will make a decision Monday or Tuesday of next week.

Don't they play OSU? PU is trying to have a blackout, so it will be funny to see a red and black stadium. Come on Drue. I'm the parent of four Purdue grads, but you need to be in South Bend.

OSU has pressure from the BCS computers to slap on as many points as possible. Urban likes to score as many as possible, and surely welcomes the excuse to do so. I can't root for OSU, but it should help our chances with Drue if the Purdue fans are completely demoralized and leave early. His experience of their game with ND was more about ND than Purdue.

They way OSU travels, I wouldn't be surprised to see it 50/50. When IU takes a picture of their stadium for promotional uses, they use the OSU game because they fill up the stadium and wear red like IU.
