I don't see college football forums on that diagram!

Isn't Greg hurt though? You don't want to play a guy that's banged up, especially when you have other players who can make an impact. That could result in turnovers, missed assignments, and could potentially jeopardize a kid's career. Unless you're talking about the overall philosophy of BK's teams, I don't understand why this is even a debate.
If Greg was in fact injured, it's be irrational for him to be upset about playing time.
Make of that what you will.
Even putting the injury aside, a transfer will mean not seeing the field this year and most likely no next. So it'll be the year after. At that rate he could stay here and see the same playing time by then. Or possibly even see it next year where he wouldn't somewhere else. If his logic is playing time, I don't understand. If its something else. Well thats his choice.
Does it?

his injury sounds like one that's not ever going anywhere no matter what he does. can he minimalize the pain and other effects, yes.
greg may feel like he can play through, maybe he always has so it is nothing "new".
it may not be about actual "playing time" come Saturday, but rather he feels he should be given the shot to earn it m-f because his injury is manageable.
im just shooting ideas.
I personally think the injury story is cover. BK has always covered for the guys leaving until the real news gets out. I hope he stays and the real story is he is being held out due to the injury.
The cover story would be "personal issues" NOT a specific diagnosis.
Like Tee Shepard's "heart condition"?

Aside from Shepard, who has left that had an "injury story" that acted as a cover story? I don't recall any others at ND, and none from his days at UC.
I did not intend for the"injury" to be the "only" cover story BK has ever used. I only meant that in this instance GB could be injured and that would be a cover. BK has been known to "cover" for players leaving the program for various reasons. I think it is classy and helps players move along if ND is not right for them. I see what you're saying. Maybe I'm taking it out of context that people believe the "injury cover" is a prevalent thing then.
And BK has handled most cases with class. I would bet that he had something to do with stearing Kiel to UC, which I think was a good move.

Tee: missing a heart
Lynch: missing a brain
Gunner: missing courage
EV: wanted to go back home
Apparently the wizard only helped EV.

NICE! Plus, Charlie and Christ end up in Kansas.
So Kansas is Heaven?
I heard it Iowa.
(So Charlie couldn't win with Christ or His mother!)
For the conspiracy theorists doubting the knee injury for #NotreDame frosh RB Greg Bryant described by Brian Kelly: Instagram
