What the hell???

I never signed a release or authorized this thread!

Me in a 1963 or 1964 time frame (I'm in the middle with the high water pants, flanked by my little sister and twin sister on my right and my older sister and brother on my left):

1974 at a high school classmate's wedding (I'm on the left --- I'd actually had half my hair chopped off at Rocco's Barber Shop in SB a couple of months after graduating):

And then there's the "selfie" i took 5/22/09 as I headed out to get a "respectable" haircut (followed by a shave) to be "presentable" the next day at my son's college graduation:

This may well be how I look in a few years:

HOLY ****ING **** DSHANS IS WILLIE NELSON!

Willie_Nelson_at_Farm_Aid_2009_-_Cropped.jpg

That was Bambi's contention. I've never had the opportunity to grow my hair as long as Willie's. I kept getting it cut in order to get jobs over Christmas and summer breaks. I also can't play guitar, write songs or sing for sh¡t.

I did wear my hair in a braid once – the day I graduated from ND. A woman I'd met two weeks earlier at the Kentucky Derby drove up from Lexington for the weekend and did the deed.

My father muttered "Is this my son or my daughter's graduation?" My mother had mixed feelings. Her comment was "At least you don't see all that damn hair looking at you from the front."

I wish I had Willie's money --- post IRS problems.
