Interviewed with Bucknuts Radio today:
- Coming out with a list of standouts in the next week or so
- likes ND (and Michigan's) academics
- mentioned academics, campus visit, depth chart, and coaching staff (and how long they've been together) as factors for his decision.
From his criteria for choosing it would seem he's still NDs to lose but Michigan has me nervous right now
To piggyback off what Tom said, Notre Dame still at the top of the list for Cornell. Yes they will have to battle to land him.
It's a marathon, not a sprint, but ever since about August 4th his favorites and interactions re:football/recruiting have all been with Michigan commits or about Michigan
Allen Trieu over at Scout.com says that Michigan is in a very good spot with Jashon, and that it might actually come down to Michigan and OSU, not Michigan and ND.
Have no idea how accurate that is, but that's what Trieu is reporting FWIW.
Lol he's going to ND
Wiltfong added that ultimately it's a ND vs UM battle and ND got a head start but a long way to go

Noticed two things:
1) Kid has good size and moves well.
2) Did anybody even try blocking him? These were very limited obviously but come on SOMEBODY step in front of this kid.
It's Minnesota HS football. Teams up there simply can't compete with players of Jashon's caliber. Same thing happened with Floyd - he played at a different speed than everyone else on the field.
Agreed. It is important that ND puts on a good show this weekend and would be even better if we get the win. Cornell is a of great importance to next years class and this game and next years game will factor in his decision.
I strongly believe that UM will be his self proclaimed leader after this visit. All the '14 and '15 kids will be all over him.
Just curious what you're basing this on?
