I know we're desperate, but I really doubt he can come back at this point. I mean, he's not taken a class at Cinci as far as we know (he could be taking a summer class?), so I guess it's possible, but he's at a new program now, may as well not get your hopes up.

F*ck that. I don't want him to come back, I don't care if he wins the Heisman at Cincy. If he quit on us, then good riddance. I can't stand Rees and think he's horrible, but I'd rather have him than Kiel.

Once again, the vertical passing attack will be eliminated from the playbook because of Rees, there will be no read-options, no plays extended by scrambling, many interceptions, and many fumbles. So no, he's not horrible, but he is not a starting-caliber QB, especially not for a team coming off of a NC berth.
