Just an FYI, this isn't a new offer, he's had it for awhile. This is just the first time he's been mentioned on IE and there was never an article by any of the services of his interest to my knowledge.

Per ISD, his coach is encouraging him to visit Notre Dame, but it would likely be an official visit. Coach seems fairly pro ND.

Get him on campus and show him the power of a ND diploma. If the coach thinks that highly of ND then they need to take advantage, North Shore is one of the top programs in Texas and they send multiple recruits to D1 schools every year.
