I don't get it either. If you need a break from the site but don't have the will power to keep yourself from posting, simply ask one of the mods to ban you. That way you can always come back when you're ready.

I know, I'm always asking you something, or to do something . Speaking of, what are your thoughts on how the class is turning out from a position perspective, and how do you think the losses of a few 2012 blue chips has changed the recruiting focus (again from a position perspective).

It's on the to-do list. Some of the IE social conventions such a post would describe are controversial; I undoubtedly have stronger feelings about some than the majority on here. I've held off on doing so because I don't want to step on any toes. People may assume it's authoritative coming from a mod, and it really wouldn't be.

I'll probably circulate a draft so it only includes those things on which there is widespread agreement (or at least explicit policies from Jason).

How do these future employers find out about your personal hobbies, pastimes, "internet persona's", and then judge you by them. In both the aforementioned cases they were really decent "personas"/posters? I'm asking this honestly, I haven't interviewed for a job in a couple of decades is there some new disclosure in certain fields?

I know a person who somehow or another revealed one of his "online personas" on a social media site and when his new job was doing some digging on him they found where he talked about passing a drug test when he should have came up dirty... he got fired lol

most likely...when i was interviewing at a federal prison they used a lie detector which included things about your resume, past history etc....IF there is now a social media section and he didn't want to list his ie name he could fail the test but by deleting it, he can now answer honestly and say he isn't affiliated with different social media sites

The staff is very, very high on him, and so are many of the film room guys for the ND websites, including Sean Mele and Coach D from ISD. They see him as a high 4 star guy that will be a much better college WR than high school one once he grows into his frame and hits the weight room hard.

All of the scouting reports that I've read on the kid say he runs very good routes and has great hands. What he lacks in speed and agility he makes up for with ball skills and being in the right position. He reminds me a lot of TJ Jones with but much more developed at this stage therefore increasing his upside as well.
