So basically all that happened was:
Weishar-NW
Helm-Michigan
Bunting-ND
Went to:
Weishar-ND
Helm-Tenn
Bunting-Michigan
I guess I missed the commercial for today's episode of Wife Swap: TE Edition.
The real question is who was the first domino that set the others in motion?
Not to be down on any (potential) future member of our Irish, but I don't understand taking a non-elite TE this early in the cycle in a down year for TE's when we've already got Niklas, Koyack, Welch, and Heuerman, and Smythe coming in. How much TE depth do we need?

I don't think anyone could strongly disagree with your opinion.
If he is truely only 200 pounds, I think it's 50/50 for if he is a TE or WR.
On the flip side though Schultz favors Stanford and we could certainly lose out on Luatua. Then where do you turn? At least he can be a big bodied receiver after adding a few lbs. if Luatua chooses the blue and gold. Solid pickup although its not going to be one that shows for a few months.

This thread was created a year ago tommorow, [nothing to see here] type **** going on today

he's a high school JR. 3 of the sites list him above 210, he has plenty of time to fill out before he sees the field for ND.
He's a jr in high school. He could easily be 230+ by time he sets foot on campus.
I agree with this. He brings quality depth to a postion that like Emcee pointed out has become crucial in our offense.
