I ask because the following I have copied out of the Tarean Folston thread. Whiskey posted it yesterday. Love loading up on talent but need to stay balanced. Perhaps some positional moves (Folston to CB).

This will probably come off as preemptive sour grapes, but it's genuine: Folston is a luxury in this class; not a need.

We're projected to be at 9/8 for RB/ Z WR not just for 2013, but 2014 as well. And since we're now carrying 5 TEs on the roster, it's reasonable to expect that we'll continue to see lots of 12 personnel, which significantly diminishes the importance of Z WRs.

If he flips, we're back to the ideal 8/8. As long as we hold onto Bryant, I won't be losing any sleep over it.

Or just folston, Elliot, Bryant at RB. Maybe move one to slot, lets start recruiting Corners and keep them at corners instead turning RB into corners.

I would lose sleep over Folston. We need playmakers on this offense and Folston can ball. I think he is better than Bryant and many people in Florida also believe this. I am super high on Tarean Folston and I know others are as well.

The APR is a joke. It rewards programs for merely keeping their athletes eligible, regardless of how they do it (fake classes, cushy majors, etc.) GSR tells the real story.

Though how many parents will take the time to educate themselves on this stuff?

Their strength is mainly the blog posts. The forums can contain helpful info, but like you said, they are unorganized and sometimes it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.

I haven't taken the time to read their blog posts, but I do frequent the football forum to see what they're saying/see if they know anything specific.

Some of their posters aren't too bad actually, quite a few of them get by being pretty pro-ND.

I've seen you get jumped on over there a few times lol.

haha yeah they don't enjoy hearing facts very much. The cincyosu guy gets crap all the time for defending ND. I try not to post too much, just read for the lulz.

Man that's interesting ... why did they turn down Mizzou, then? They just thought OSU was a better opportunity, I guess?

If so, I suppose I agree ... from a football perspective, playing for Urban Meyer and having an opportunity to return a great program to glory would be tempting.
