Per II two commits in the class don't think James will end up signing with ND.
I feel bad for him but I might feel worse for Clement
Bryant and Folson please.
Really want both Bryant and Folston because the bring a different skill set to the table. I definitely think we get one but will getting one make the other shy away? I know a lot of times RB's want to be the only guy in their class. Just curious.
First, it has not been completely confirmed that he is not committed to Notre Dame. So, I don't know why the mods have removed him from the front page!?
Second, I really like him as a RB and think he is a Bettis type back. If he isn't able to qualify for Notre Dame I think he should commit back to Arkansas. He would be the perfect superstar back for Bielema's offense.
I thought you were my boy and would back em up on this...You mods are all the same!I didn't remove him, but I have no problem with the person that did or the decision. The staff has no plans to even visit Jamel the rest of the way. If that does convince you that he will not be part of the class than idk what to say sir. He had obligations to fulfill and simply did not. I am sure the staff will allow him to "decommit" and spin it whatever way he would like, but this will not end with Jamel in South Bend.
It's a shame because we both really like him as a back (there is not much talent difference between him and Bryant in my eyes). It's a shame it had to end this way, but if we grab Bryant and Folston, I will be a very happy guy.

First, no comment. I honestly didn't even notice.
Second, I like what he brings to the table as well, but if he can't get in, he can't get in. I was also thinking the same thing about him going back to Arkansas where he would be a great fit for Bielema.
Note: Made my first Mod blunder and accidentally started to "Edit" your post when I meant to "Quote" it. hah

Sapp/Wiltfong say the only reason he is still listed as a commit on BGI is to allow him to control the timing of his announcement. It's all but certain that Jamel will not be a part of this class and we are going to replace him with Folston.
Just in case anyone else was confused about why they still list him as a commit.

No, simply that everyone expects Folston to choose ND at the UA game and be the second back to Bryant in this class.
