I'm not a scout or recruiter but his senior tape is very good. After a couple of years of working on route running and weight training this kid could be scary.
Is he still planning on being an EE?
A rare 3G tight end IMHO. What I mean is the gen1 te 's were a lineman that could catch a rare pass, but was mobile and could set the edge for a sweep. G2 tight ends are what we are seeing now. With athletes getting bigger , stronger and faster, the tight end position has really evolved into the flexed out hybrid blocker and wr. But still looks more like a te than a wr...
Well you all knew that, but could Corey be something new? As the gap closes between wr and te is he the missing link? Is he the inverse of the flexed out te? Can do both but looks more like a wr. A 6'7 Hines Ward perhaps? We will see![]()
Could develop into a Jimmy Graham type WR/TE hybrid. That is his 5 star upside, IMO.
Yeah, Corey could be epic!
Not sure what that means but it sounds good.

So he is a manchild??????

Corey Robinson - Highlight Videos, Schedule & Roster - Hudl
Not sure if already posted.... but damn. He is brimming with potential. Hope he doesn't grow too much taller.
This is a player for which the stars mean very little. He has all of the natural gifts which cannot be taught. The rest is all about hard work and good coaching. Corey Robinson has the potential to be a huge star at Notre Dame and I am very excited to watch his development.
Soft hands and leaping ability are what stand out to me the most. Should be a great red zone threat for us.
I only ask this because of who is father is....but has he grown during his senior year? Is he still 6'5?
So does Corey have the best hands of the class? That quality that if it CAN be caught, you know he will bring it down. Discuss...
