My feelings are largely unchanged.

Rees played well in the first quarter. Didn't turn the ball over. Let the running game dictate the offense.

People are forgetting how Golson looked the week before.

Herpa a derp ba derp derp derp.

During the second quarter I was actually thinking about this thread and kind of laughing to myself.

I was worried for the guy who started this thread during the game. Being dead wrong sucks.

So I think the BYU game solidified what Rees can be, and thats a QB who MOST of the time makes the right reads, at time makes good throws, and lastly that he is not mobile. Rees will never WOW anyone, thats just his style. But in the event that EG is banged up or having trouble making reads late in the game, hes fine as a closer. Just in my honest opinion EG will have to learn the 2 minute drill and how to close games sooner rather than later.

Uh.....no, people are not forgetting what Everret looked like the week before, however, people are quick to remember what we get with Tommy. This is not me complaining about Tommy, it's just what it is....he's limited physically, has a tendency to stare down Eifert, and as a result, is still missing wide open guys downfield.
