Agreed. If the writing is clear enough so that we know what the poster intended, I don't see the problem. There are several different types of condescending posts that show up repeatedly on IE, and the grammar ones are, to me, the most annoying.

The grammar posts strike me as a way to try to create or reinforce status distinctions between members of the board. They're pretentious. And even if I'm totally wrong and you just really can't stand to read grammar mistakes or typos or misspellings, be aware that many of us are just as irritated by your corrections as you are by the original mistakes.

If a post is written so poorly that it's difficult to decipher, there's a problem. If there's a typo or a word used incorrectly, there's no need to point it out.

Actually, Dshans is one of the most intelligent guys on here and not only has a ton to add from a football standpoint, but also one of the funniest posters as well. You may not like him, but speak for yourself, because besides you and a few other grammatically impaired newbs he is beloved by the board.

Not trying to pick a fight with you, homeboy. But Dshan deserves more respect than he is currently receiving. It takes more than recruiting insight to gain Dshan stature.
