Masks look good but that U.S. flag is hung incorrectly. The union (stars) should be on the left. See #8 at the link:

You are right. I don't think the photo is flipped, cause I have seen this room before. (If the photo were printed backwards and the flag was on the right wall then the stars would be in the upper left corner as they should.)
