Look at the size of Romeo Okwara towards the tail end of the first vid. He's freaking enormous. Number 45 I believe.
I am hearing Jake Golic broke his hand/arm? any truth to this?
Romeo is one for you to watch. He is making plays like upperclassmen. Everybody says oh, he will grow into a defensive end. I think he now has and will continue to have the speed and quickness of a linebacker. And he has his head on straight. This is a guy to watch from the beginning. Your first tip will be when he gets some backup time at dog, because he can do it.
Has there been any word on the offensive line?
Chiefly, who looks like he is going to be joining Lombard in the starting lineup?
I just read a Eric Hansens chat on the South Bend Tribunes website. Someone asked a question about Davaris Daniels breaking out this year, and Eric answered that the only thing stopping him is maturity.
What does he mean by "maturity"? Anyone have any info?
Work ethic, probably.
The Hansen chat had a lot of good information. Apparently TJ Jones and Daniel Smith were the most productive wideouts yesterday.
Its a facebook, Twitter, instagram thing.
Facebook??? Twitter??? Instagram??? What nature of beasts are these? Do they require my kid's written permission to use them?

man that would be the best thing for everyone...I saw someone make a real good catch with defenders all over him...he ended up on the ground WITH the ball...It looked like smith...but I couldn't tell for sure. I say Goody do some good things on that clip as well...much better than previous day.
SIAP but in additional to Cierre, Theo, Davonte, and Chris getting looks at PR, Cam and C.J. also got looks after Chris and Theo had a drop. The staff at BGI said Cierre looked very good back there and that they wouldn't be suprised if he got the first crack.
Two practices today and they brought in refs for the morning session.

Anyone thinking the reason Cierre is asking to be put back there is that he has heisman aspirations? I think he will be good, but I think Neal or CJ are faster AND quicker.

I feel like it has more to do with him wanting to maximize his touches. The writing is on the wall that his touches are going to be lower than previous years. That has nothing to do with his level of performance (which has been great), but more to do with the fact that we have a crap-ton of explosive guys that need touches too. We will find a way to get the ball into the hands of GAIII, Riddick and Neal. Which should unfortunately take away from some of Cierre's touches.
Just my $.02
