GREAT time at Penn State! Coach O'Brien made me remember why I committed in the 1st place. I'm 100% committed to the greatest college.

Not sour grapes, but I am glad he stayed committed.

I just don't get it. These kids think they are saving a program that had something bad happen to it. Last I checked, the school was involved in a massive child abuse coverup.

They are taking this us vs the world approach. I just don't get it. No bowl games, limited scholarships mean the top guys aren't coming, .500 record at best, I mean, someone help me.

EDIT: I appreciate loyalty with the best of them but still just don't get it. Once the season begins and plays out, I think you will see things change. Reality will set in.

I'm sure we will hear some Joe Paterno chants their first game, then get ripped by the columnists for it, the hate will boil over, etc.

I appreciate his loyalty but how in the world would any kid in the '13 class take PSU seriously. 2012 is going to be their best year for the next 5-6 years.

If had any talent and aspirations, just SMH.

If this same thing had happened at ND, we'd be praising this kid for staying committed.

YUP! And it doesn't really matter too much what kids say now, what matters is what kids start doing/saying during the season and after.

I admire the guys that decide to stay committed. I could also certainly understand if they left, but what I wonder is WHAT IF, Coach O'Brien proves to hold the team together for the most part and really has them playing inspired ball, and then he gets an offer from a decent school without scholly limits, and probation, and without a big cloud hanging over the program, what do you think the chances are that he sticks around? Knowing that it may well take a decade for Penn State to be competitive again. Do you think the same line he is telling these kids will be enough for him to stick around. I am not questioning his integrity I really know nothing about him, but I wonder how invested he REALLY is.

Visiting tomorrow per Wiltfong.

Jaylon also tweeted, "Gotta get Will" Maybe that explains the last minute visits for a few of our guys?

Posted in the viasitors thread but this kid reminds a ton of Bennett Jackson. Same Height, Weight, and Speed.

Staff wants him, Jaylon wants him (tweets), I want him then...

EDIT: In case you are wondering, Jaylon replied to a 247sports tweet after they announced Will was visiting..."Gotta get Will"

Word on ISD is that the visit went really well and they wouldn't be surprised if he made the change as early as tonight.

I hope he'd be like Bennett Jackson. That's who he reminds me of. Special teams star and a (hopefully) high quality cornerback.
