I should have mentioned this in the post I made in John Montelus's thread on the 4th, but the coach at his high school that I spoke to also mentioned to me that John may EE also. They are working with the school to allow him to graduate in the winter. Not sure what the limit is, but I think I recall reading that it was ND policy to only take 6 or 7, so we'll see how it all shakes out.

Butler was out of earshot of the announcement (and clearly didn't see any hats), and Anzalone said "I didn't pick your school" afterward, and let Butler believe that for several minutes.

What the **** is with Penn St. fans. First they bad mouth Alex because he is not picking their school. Saying that Alex is prima donna. Even though people keep saying his announcement time is up to the tv crews. Then they bash Neal for not showing up to his press conference, again not his fault. Now they are bashing Kelly. Say what you want about him being red face. The players love him. "hundreds of fans at our games", last time I check we sold out how many games straight. Then they are saying how terrible were going to do this years, going 4-8. What the **** have they done the last two years. We won the same number of games. **** PSU. They are right up there with USC and Michigan now. I got one word for you guys Sandusky. Sorry, congrats to Alex and Notre Dame. One more thing legitimate question which is better our oline class or linebackers.

Great news! I always get a little nervous when one of our top prospects is announcing but when they pick us it makes it that much sweeter! Congrats to Alex and all the fans! Great day to be Irish!

They are just a little mad because we have been whooping their asses in the recruiting front since Kelly took over.
