what does it all mean!!!!
Jaylon Smith @JaeeSmiff9ENT
@AlexAnzalone_24 #NDbound~
Someone please translate, I saw this on Jaylons Twitter
Like most people on here always say, be wary of Twitter- especially if you don't tweet yourself. This is just Jaylon tweeting at Alex with a hashtag of "NDbound" i.e. a playful push by Jaylon saying he wants Alex at ND.
If you follow these guys on twitter at all you know this kind of stuff happens all the time so best to just take it with a grain of salt but it is certainly good that he is getting close/chummy with these guys. I saw him tweet Matuska asking for his number the other day, presumably so they can talk/text.
Great play

The more they tweet, chat and talk, the better.
Right, of course. It is just always good to remember that they often tweet and talk to players from other teams too. We just don't see that as much because usually those kids are targets no longer on our radar as they are already committed elsewhere/never received interest from us.
A tweet can mean good things but it is always best to remember that these are just kids. They can fire off 20 tweets in an hour and we generally read WAY too much into them.
Wiltfong thinks we are the team to beat now.
PSU is out imo. Its down to Florida and Notre Dame. I think distance also plays a factor and the depth chart. Also playing with Jaylon Smith would be nice.
Agreed IMO as well regarding PSU. It's almost like a common courtesty thing I think he's doing with PSU, he's probably got a lot of buddies going to PSU from HS and the surrounding area and felt he was atleast obligated to take a visit. I really haven't been following PSU much, I can't imagine the Sandusky thing has helped the recruiting at all, so I feel the same that its got to be down to ND and Florida with ND in the lead, mainly because IMO the relationship he has with Heurman (Spelled it wrong I think), and the ability to play with Jaylon has got to help as well. Now granted we probably don't have the same ins and out on the info were getting in regards to ND that we are with Florida, but it just seems like distance could end up playing a bigger roll then we think. These kids are still very young, and not a whole lot of them have the ability to go too far from home, I'm sure there may be some soft pressure to be able to play games closer to his home state for his parents to come see, or atleast be able to see on TV (NBC). I am pretty sure there are not going to be a lot of Florida games playing up in PA. I'm very optimistic and it shows in my posts, but I really hope he chooses the correct long-term career path, and choose ND.
Go Irish 10+ wins this season! Do it for Rudy!
The Sandusky thing I think has zero to do with it. I mean his brother goes to school there and loves it. Right now he just sees ND as a better fit. Wiltfong was the one that said PSU could make up some ground this weekend. I agree though that it will be ND or UF.

Thanks for the trans.
That sounds like good news, granted Alex hasn't verb yet, but maybe Onwualu knows something we don't?
