all'indietro azzurri!
Maybe he feels guilty for the shitty calls...?the ref just called the game early before the 4 mins of stoppage played out... ive never seen that before in my entire life
I don't think I've ever seen a team look so good in game 1 and so bad in game 2
Translation: backwards Italy.
You confused me so much when you said this. I took as Italy back! meaning they scored. WatchESPN is like a minute or 2 behind so I thought they scored.
Kudos to the Costa Rican team. Great team play overall but pretty unimaginative stuff from Italy. This World Cup is turning out to be quite interesting with both Spain and England this early.
I was thinking the same thing. I think what we've learned is that England's back line is really, really bad. John Terry should have come out of retirement, scandals and all.
Italy looked lackadaisical all day. No focus and no discipline from the attacking players. How do you get caught offsides again and again like that?
Credit to Costa Rica though for playing a great game defensively, but I am annoyed with this result. Now England and Costa Rica doesn't matter at all, and Italy will pack it in against Uruguay because they go through with a 0-0 draw. (Somebody check my work on that.) The last two games in this group will be boring as hell.
Uruguay can absolutely beat Italy guys...
Italy advances if they win or tie.
Maybe he feels guilty for the shitty calls...?
Bwahahaha.
Sorry dude. I really pull for underdogs when it isn't my teams.
Prandelli never should have put Cassano in the game. I really really think that was a huge mistake. They tried to move the ball through him up the field he simply isnt a possesion player to do that. I really think they should have kept Thiago Motta in.
Balotelli should have scored in the first. That was the decider.
Bottom line: Balotelli is a bad ass.
Bottom line: He fuggggged up
Hahahahuh. Sorry bro.
You can get me back with Germany and Netherlands.
We'll both be on the same side come the US matches.
Don't want to get ahead of myself here, but would absolutely love a US-Russia match up in the Knockout Stage

If Uruguay beats Italy, and the rest of the standings stay as is, UEFA would only have 5 teams in the knockout round. In 2010 they had 6. Between 1982-2006, they had no less than 9 qualify for the knockout round. Time to take a spot or two away from UEFA.
smh.... i want to laugh at this... but it hurts too muchGetting way ahead of myself, because our boys will most likely struggle to get points in the next two games, but I would freaking LOVE to have drawn the group of death, and got to the knockouts anyway while England was one of the first teams officially out...
Find a way to beat Portugal boys……
anyway, one more time...
