So @CanadalovesND sent me an Intel piece on WR recruiting and with Hines, Meadows and Robinson all the teams we are competing against are negatively recruiting the same talking tracks. What has ND done with WR under MF and who have we sent to the league recently. We were the favorites for all three so everyone was focused on selling against ND.
When these kids are hearing this again and again it starts resonating with them.
If we don't get Meadows commitment in July the staff is not going to stop recruiting him. We will have a chance at a flip if we change the narrative during the season and our WR ball out this year like they should. I think this will go beyond Meadows too, kids want/need to see on the field results. Just look at our secondary recruiting and why it's been so successful.
