Matt Freeman stated on UHND’s podcast this week that there is a guy ND thinks is the top player at his position that straight up said he would have committed to ND already if it was in his home state. My best guess is Jalen Brown. Anyone have any better guesses?

Have to guess at some point this spring the major programs start leaning on the top QBs to commit. No one wants to be stuck without a partner when the music stops (or some such tortured analogy), and if you wait too long...
