But are you a certified barista? If not, take a class or two to beef up your resume. These days one needs to be able to make a mocha espresso, double latte, demi zucchero con amoretto AND deliver it.

Be aggressive. Ask about health and dental plans and matching contributions to a 401K.

That's what I plan to do.

We have all loved and appreciated the deal with NBC. We like the idea of being on the ground floor of a concept that gives the "mother ship" a good shot of competition. HOWEVER (always one of those)

We saw some glitches in accessibility during pilot of ND Football on NBC sports network (aka Versus) last season. At that time Versus was in 70M households, however, while that rivals ESPNs 100M (sort of), it doesn't come close to distribution numbers on NBC's regular broadcast network. Some distribution loss is expected, but whats ND's plan to help drive the distribution numbers beyond just counting on loyal fans to clamor and subscribe.

I'd say 'Jack you have done a great job'. But will Notre Dame ever win big again. How much input do you have in the age old question should we let 'em in to win football games. I'd ask him where he stood on the subject and does he really think Notre Dame can compete with NFL taxi squads.

24th/25th when they run statistics. Working with students to create better atmosphere.

Likes video board and new gym for basketball. Thinks it helps with that sport even with lower attendance.

Discussing how ND avoids a Penn State incident. Jack said how compliant is your staff, kids you bring in and the culture you have in the university where kids/staff/anyone involved feel comfortable to come forward. Love the last part he said.

Asked about social media and integrating the right way within the university. Brought up video they released.

Basically said you have to ride a fine line and trust the athlete.

After 2 DQ in Olympics, shows how it can effect a person.

Jack on video compliance released: Said they did one last year as well. Realizes that a letter doesn't do it anymore. Will see more like it going forward.

On tweets from Athletic Dept and coaches: Not asked to do it but it helps create an engaged following and gives great insight you wouldn't otherwise have.

SEC, oversigning, dominating, etc. Will this be addressed to bring playing field together again. Basically, will NCAA address Gray shirts, over sign, blah blah ( all SEC BS) in the (near?) future.

Annnnd we lost Jack. To clean that up, Arnold asked, in my terms, when will we address all the BS down south NCAA wide!? (Waiting for connection)
