Watched it last night. Didn't like the first part as it seemed extremely choppy. Pretty decent from there on out.

Watched the first three episodes.

DeMarcus Ware
Thomas Jones and Spice Adams
Bear Pascoe

It is amazing how after a lifetime of playing football, you're basically "retired" at 30 years old and have no idea what to do with yourself. They all went through varying forms of depression after they were done playing. Each guy has reinvented himself though and have the same competitive fire in the new endeavor. This is really really good so far.

I won't spoil anything, but the D Ware episode comes right out of the gate hard and fast. Watch it as a stand alone if you don' watch any of the other episodes.

Been watching 1899. 8 part Paranormal series about a couple of ocean liners at the turn of the century. Not too bad, but not top shelf.

That's from the creators of Dark. I remember reading about it when they were developing it and they said it was going to be in English. I guess they changed their minds?

It's in English. After finishing it, I would say it's more like Westworld than a paranormal. Still wouldn't give it a higher rating.

Saw the trailer for 1923. The next prequel for Yellowstone. Has Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren. Looks legit like the others from Sheridan. I need to get started on this season's Yellowstone.

1. Wednesday on Netflix. Tim Burton is still weird.

2. The Morning Show. Watched both seasons. Billy Crudup is fantastic in this show.

3. Good Rivals. Three episodes. You will have even more hope about USMNT going forward.

Has anyone caught any of Sheridan's Tulsa King?

Season two of Mayor of Kingstown is coming out soon which was great

Watched the first four episodes of Tulsa King. Stallone does a great job with his character. The quirkiness of getting out of prison after 25 years and dealing with all the changes adds to it. Another hit by Taylor Sheridan IMO.

i knew the writing would be good with Taylor, my concerns were Stallone playing a mob guy. If he is playing the role well its gonna be really good

Anyone watch the newest season of Dexter they made? Thoughts?
Don't have Showtime, but I'd be willing to get it for a month to binge this if people have good feedback. For as good of a series as Dexter was, the last two seasons were brutal, especially the ending.

But, hard to knock a show that gives you 6+ seasons of thrills and entertainment.

Finally got around to watching Heist on Netflix, have to say I'm pretty disappointed. It's way too much "fluff" with the reenactments and not enough pure documentary content.

Seems very exaggerated, honestly. I love bourbon and therefore watched the "Pappygate" but man, idk. Seems like a lot of added BS.

Started watching the new Willow series..... stopped watching the new Willow series

That's a shame. I figured it would be terrible because I hadn't heard of it at all before it showed up on the Disney plus homescreen, but still sorry to hear that its not good. I love the movie so I would've been hyped for a good series.

I re-watched the movie before I started it and I'm still a fan of the movie. Show just didnt do it for me. Also learned that my wife is a big hornball for 80's/90's Val Kilmer.

It felt like a Dexter season if that is what your asking. It was good but not great.

There should be a rule to mention what service these shows are on. I waste too much time searching my subscriptions looking for these recommendations just to find out they're not even on mine.

The Val Kilmer doc on prime is fun
