Alpine Nelson. Really good, reminds me a lot of the Stone Enjoy by series (minus the last one).

Glad that you liked it. Nelson is wonderful and I really hope that they start distributing the rest of their hoppy beers (their non-hoppy ones are just ok). In fact I view them as almost exactly the opposite of Founders (I really like Founders darker beers but their IPAs are mostly just ok).

Talisker 10. I love Laphroig 10 and thought I try something a little different today. Good stuff but Laphroig is still the best in my book. Aardberg, Talisker, and Laphroig are all very good but the intense peatiness, amoke, an even medicinal flavors of Laphroig cant be beat for me. One of these days I'll spring for a bottle of Lagavulin.

SanTan Hop Shock IPA. As usual just an average IPA, mostly piney with grapefruit peel, grapefruit and a touch of orange.
