The Rye isn't technically a Tennessee Whiskey. It's actually made in Indiana. It's decent though, but I prefer the #12.
Piraat Ale
How is it?
Terrific, hints of citrus in this one as well as some spices that I can't quite put my finger on.
Comes in this cool bottle too...the pic doesn't quite show this but the bottle is as big as a champagne bottle.

You had this one PKT?
I have had it and enjoyed it but my favorite beer from that brewery is Gulden Draak. Though I would gladly drink either on any given night.
When I went to the store, I was choosing between Piraat and Gulden Draak. I hadn't heard the Gulden Draak before so I went with the one I had drank before, Piraat. Next time, I'll have to try the Gulden Draak.
Went with North Coast Old Stock Ale 2013

Rogue Dead Guy Ale
I assume that WhiskeyJack knows the difference. After all, the word "whiskey" is right in his name. I'll take a run at the #12 and rye when I get a chance.
Recently discovered Allgash Brewing in Portland, ME. Their Allagash white is a huge hit and is 80% of their revenue. Owner told me LA is their biggest market and Philly is #2
Golden Road Brewing Wolf Among Weeds DIPA.
Also Stone / Farking / Wheaton W00tstout Special Release. 13% abv.
N: Cherries, chocolate covered cherries, vanilla, nuts and some oak. Also a little something that is cloyingly sweet.
P: Similar to the nose. Loads of chocolate covered cherries, vanilla, and nuts. Some oak and rye spices underneath the sweetness.
F: Chocolate covered cherries and some oak char come through. Vanilla and caramel show up as well.
Oddly bitterness lingers after you swallow. I didn't get any bitterness till then. It is 13% but tastes more like 9-10%. A very good beer and well worth trying but not amazing (still not bad for $8).
That's a recipe for trouble if you're drinking more than one.
Affligem 950 Cuvee Blonde for me, just ok. A little too sugary for me but still ok.
What I'm drinking is too ghetto to post. And I have to work early so I shouldn't be drinking anyway!
How ghetto are we talking?
