Port Brewing Wipeout IPA to start the night. Lots of grapefruit and piney hops when it is first poured. As it warms there is some candied orange and tangerine as well.

I have tried a fair number of their beers (Orange Wheat, Alt, Chocolate Porter, Columbus IPA, Double IPA, Oktoberfest, and Polycot (the one with apricots) but I still haven't made it out to the brewery yet. Have you been to the brewery itself? is it worth going to?

I go to the gourmet pizza shoppe pretty frequently so it makes it easy for me to try their beers is that is all that they carry on tap.

I went there in person years ago when that was the only place you could get the stuff... now it's everywhere, I would imagine the place has changed quite a bit,... the location itself is pretty cool, it's literally an old hanger.

My favorite beer of all time. Can't get it in Cali due to distribution deals. Anyhow, just got a bottle of Caol Ila 18 Year Old in the mail.

From over seas? I haven't seen that available in a long time. A nice whisky though.

Drinking some Ardbeg Beist right now. A damn good drink, too bad it is no longer available.

Good to hear. If you like Caol Ila you should enjoy it.

Scott's Selection Macallan 1985 21yo for me.

Bulleit and Knob Creek make very respectable ryes. Just a little spice not the overpowering bite that some other ryes have. They're priced right, too, at less than $30 a bottle (at least in my area).

High West Rendezvous for a great rye whiskey.

I always wondered why I always hear about it and never see it... what deal would that be? there are beers from all over out here.

A manager at Bev Mo told me it had something to do with exclusive rights to be the distributor or something like that. Can't remember the exact particulars. It was awhile ago. He said he had been trying to get it for years. Have to take a trip to Philli and get a couple of sixers to go I guess.

Anyhow, it comes in a real kitschy bottle but Kah tequila is one of the better ones I've had.

It gets really good reviews. I might need to buy a bottle next summer when it becomes Tequila time in my house (along with Gin).

My current Tequila is Milagro Select Barrel Reserve (I have the Anejo, Reprosado, and Blanco). I need one for next summer though as these are about dead. Thanks for the heads up.

Corzo is my Tequila of choice

Nice. Learned how to make a pretty good margarita (on the rocks of course) from my wife who's in the restaurant business.

Fresh squeezed lime juice
Cointreau
A quality Tequila of choice
Simple syrup (just boil water and stir in sugar 1 to 1)

Infuse syrup with jalapeños and use as garnish if u like it spicy.

I can't find it here either. My wife's family buys it for me and i get it from them when we visit/they visit us. I prefer bottles but they get cans because it will travel better. My uncle had it when we went to Pennsylvania for his wedding. Best bang for my buck that i have found.

If you're still in Ft Wayne, take a short drive east to Ohio to pick some up (assuming you're, talking about Yuengling here).

Yuengling has distilleries in Philly and Tampa, FL too. You can get it down in FL in a lot of areas on the gulf coast as well.

A fair amount of varied types of whiskey.

Scotch (Blended, Single Malt, Highland, etc,) bourbon, Tennessee mash, Canadian blended, drunk.
