Not really sure, but looks like they may have closed out the voting, which is a good sign since Manti had such a lead. I am not able to even bring up the link any longer, it loads up an espn website, but it states the page is not found.

When does the voting stop?

You have to assume that after tomorrow (Wednesday) the voting will be completed, due to them having to start a new poll for week 5 on Thursday with there being a Thursday night game. Just my assumption.
