Collier county in Florida (SW Florida) just enacted a new law for vacation rental homes. All home rentals have to rent at least 6 months. No more weekly / monthly / quarterly rentals

There’s a huge panic but it goes into effect starting October 1.

They found out Koon wants to be a vacation home slumlord and are putting measures in place to keep him out of Collier county.

LMAO people in Minnesota are such hardos. It's 2019, nobody is freezing to death. You spend two minutes outside every day walking from your car to your office and the rest of the time you're in 70 degree climate control. Even the sidewalks in Minneapolis are indoors.
