Collier county in Florida (SW Florida) just enacted a new law for vacation rental homes. All home rentals have to rent at least 6 months. No more weekly / monthly / quarterly rentals

There’s a huge panic but it goes into effect starting October 1.

Will be interesting to see how it affects tourism, real estate values, etc

They found out Koon wants to be a vacation home slumlord and are putting measures in place to keep him out of Collier county.
