USC's play calling has been very conservative. Lots of screens and twice they've run on 3rd and long.

Not impressed with either team. Kiffin blew all USC momentum with that stupid fourth down call.

The fact is BK is developing his guys and Lame Kiffin doesn't seem to achieve at that... We win by more than 4 this year.. 38-16 is my prediction.

Cal is straight up AWFUL on offense. USC just looks so average in every phase of the game. Their WRs are scary but if we just sell out against the pass and play coverage I don't see them moving the ball on us regularly.

The fact is that we have struggled with pass coverage and USC has 12,000 speedy receivers.

1. Do not blitz.
2. Do not bite on run fakes.
3. Leave safeties over the top at all times.

If this team doesn't get the long ball they have nothing. Their WRs are SUPERB but they can't run the ball to save their lives. Just let Gary and RJ be physical on them coming off the line of scrimmage and leave Jamoris/Harrison over the top.

It needs to be Blanton on Lee with Gary on Woods w/ safety help over top AT ALL TIMES. Let Gary play physical coverage and let a safety play the ball in the air. Think Giants vs. Patriots super bowl where they had a LB hit Randy Moss on the line of scrimmage every play.

Definitely more Jamoris than Zeke.. I'm sorry but I cannot watch him show up 3 steps too late, from behind, on every long ball.

Im so tired of Jesse Palmer's mouth flapping about the Tampa 2. Fact is, Kiffin can not defend the spread. Im telling you right now, set up the same game plan with Riddick and Jones on crossing routes and we will eat this team alive. The Tampa 2 can not defend a spread offense.

Barkley's struggling with his accuracy. Maynard is garbage. Our front seven is way better than Cal's. All about coverage and pressure on Barkley for us next week.

I'm smiling from ear to ear right now. If this is how USC plays against ND we are going to freaking stomp them. Pleaaaaaaaasse let this be the USC team that shows up.
