Honestly, this kind of thing sounds like us last year when we were like "if we keep Tee and Darby and add Yuri Wright or Brian Poole it'll be even better!"

FWIW there are rumors of Bigelow having issues passing admissions as an EE (from that fraud Eastern Christian this isnt surprising), Vanderdoes decommitted, Robinson is hardly a lock... so they could just as easily go 0/3 as 3/3. Then you factor in Ramsey, LaRue, and all of the others wavering its really hard to imagine them ending up with a "better" class than they had a couple weeksand ago.

And McQuay might not even be a lock according to some people... no doubt their class wiill stiill be good with headliners like Cravens and Browne but there were people out there who actually said this would be the best recruiting class "ever" and its clearly nowhere close to that.

The recruiting cycle certainly is a marathon and not a sprint. It is not who leads the pack most of the race it is where you finish on signing day. To add that it is what do in player developement physically and football wise after you get them.

BAM!! If that really just happened that is a game changer. Ed Orgeron is a liar and scumbag but the guy can recruit. Heck his recruiting class at Ole Miss when he was head coach were great. The guy just couldn't coach them good.

I am having fun following USC period. Everything is just falling apart. There recruiting class is breaking up. Also you can tell they don't want to be at Sun Bowl either. You think after not being allowed to go to a bowl game for 2 seasons they would be happy just be in a bowl but they are not. If Georgia Tech wasn't a joke I think USC loses the bowl game, still might anyway with their bad tackling and GT running the option.

SC fans are predictably dismissing it as the latter, but Kiffin's days are clearly numbered. Unless Orgeron has some sort of guarantee from Haden that he'll be kept on after Kiffin gets fired, he'd be a fool not to consider his options.

Even if it is not true maybe all us internet folks via facebook, twitter, etc it will create some tension between Orgeron and Kiffin. It may create mistrust on Kiffin's part thinking Orgeron is planning on leaving him without him knowing.

You're right it won't create tension with the coaches.

Maybe though if everyone says so the recruits will believe its true. I mean if enough people say something it must be true.

They are still going to have a great class. The scholarship limitations are going to catch up with them though. I really thought preseason they were going to be a great team. Then I saw the injuries piling up and had to admit that the loss of depth is a big deal. It might just cripple the program for a few years. Not enough to ruin them though. Once they are back up to 85 they will be good again. Just don't know if Kiffin will be there.
