They could throw it over to him like "Urban, you're a coach that retired, then changed your mind, came back then retired again. These experiences make you an expert on reversing your field...what does [insert struggling Top 25 team of the day here] need to do to get this turned around?" That would be awesome.

My guess is that Meyer will show signs of re-finding himself as a human being now that he's left the crap-toilet of SEC football coaching. I still think that a major reason that he got out was that he didn't like looking at what he'd become in the mirror each morning.

I hate to say it, but I honestly think they will have an FSU type revival after he is gone. They program will get a shot in the arm, and they will start recruiting with more energy and fervor. They have built up to good of an infrastructure and have too much tradition to wallow in mediocrity for too long.
