As Bill Barr said, conspiracy is a crime. Conspiracy involves false statements, but false statements alone aren't enough to get you arrested.
It going to be fascinating and I hope it’s on TV. I think to him these were not false statements, I truly believe he believes he still won. I think I read that all these false statement charges they have to prove he actually believed he lost and was willfully lying. That will be hard to prove.
