NFL.com writer Bryan Fischer listed 10 graduate transfers that could have a huge impact on their new teams this fall. 247Sports published a similar feature last week. Here are the 10 Fischer feels are worth keeping an eye on:

In a press release, the Cougars announced Tuesday that Travis Cross (pictured) and Kyle Marrs have transferred into the UH football program. The former transfers in from Oklahoma State, the latter from Oklahoma.
